Founding Coach

Lilah Qubrosi, FMCHC, NBC-HWC

Lilah began her own health journey at the age of 16 when she was diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses including Fibromyalgia, Inflammatory Arthritis and Polyarthritis, Chronic Fatigue, and IBS. She found that the conventional medical approach was not very helpful and after years of searching for something better and trying many different traditional and alternative therapies she found a Functional Medicine physician. After starting to get her life back on track, she decided she wanted to help others take control of their health and wellness by using lifestyle changes that actually work, so she became a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach (FMCHC) and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Her passion is helping others overcome their own chronic pain and fatigue to take control of their lives again. She especially enjoys working with students, young adults, and their families as she knows the struggle of being a stressed student juggling schoolwork and chronic illnesses.

Lilah is also a student at Southern Methodist University (SMU) studying Electrical Engineering with a Biomedical Specialization and Mathematics on the Pre-Medicine track. She has three years of graduate-level research experience in the areas of Pancreatic Cancer and Diabetes under the direction of Pei Wang, Ph.D. at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

In her free time, Lilah enjoys ballroom dancing, cooking, creating new recipes, and learning about new research and alternative healing modalities.
